No33 has been serving breakfast and brunch on Exchange Street since 2006. What started as a hub for the people of Norwich has become one of the city’s best-loved brunch spots, the kind of place you’ll recognise by the queue outside (it moves quicker than it looks, and it’s worth the wait).
The menu runs all day, every day: cooked breakfasts, brunch plates, specialty coffee, and cakes baked in our own kitchen, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options across the board. In a hurry? Order ahead with Click & Collect and take it away.
You’ll find us two minutes from Norwich Market, the Royal Arcade and Norwich Lanes, open seven days a week from 08:30, dogs and prams welcome.

Do you serve breakfast all day in Norwich?
Yes. Breakfast, brunch and bakes all day, every day, from 08:30 at 33 Exchange Street in Norwich city centre.
Do I need to book a table?
No, Exchange Street is walk-ins only. If you’d rather reserve, book a table at 33 In The Park in Chapelfield Gardens.
How long is the queue?
Usually shorter than it looks, most of the time you’ll be seated within 10 to 15 minutes, and it moves fastest early morning and mid-afternoon.
Do you take card and cash?
Both. Contactless, card and cash are all fine at the till.
Can I order coffee and cake to take away?
Yes, everything on the counter and the coffee menu travels. Order ahead with Click & Collect if you’re in a hurry.
Is there vegan and gluten free brunch?
Most of the menu has vegan and gluten free options, including cakes. Ask the team and tell us about any allergies, everything is baked in one kitchen.

Is there parking nearby?
St Andrews car park is the closest, about three minutes on foot. The café is also a short walk from all city centre bus stops.

The café is a compact site, so we ask you to bring the dog to 33 In The Park instead, where dogs are welcome inside and out.
