Cake orders

Orders need at least 48 hours’ notice and are paid for online when you order. Collect from the café you chose at checkout. If your plans change, get in touch as early as you can and we’ll do our best to help.

Allergens

Everything is baked in one kitchen that handles nuts, gluten, dairy and eggs. Always tell us about allergies when you order; we’ll guide you through what’s safe.

Table bookings

Bookings are available at 33 In The Park only. If you can’t make it, please cancel or move your booking so the table can go to someone else.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers can be spent in either café and can’t be exchanged for cash.

Content, photography and branding on this site belong to NO33 Ltd and can’t be reused without permission. We do our best to keep prices, menus and hours accurate, but they can change without notice.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn’t allow it. Our liability for any issue connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
